You are way too green to even consider notes and from what you are saying, you are literally just taking things others suggested and saying you want to invest in them which is a recipe for disaster.

I don't care about someone's color, religion, sexual proclivities, their stance on green energy, political affiliation, etc.I want people that pay rent on time, take care of the property, and communicate when needed.

I must say that I am green to real estate investing as well, so any input that may be of help would be greatly appreciated.

I am open to all suggestions and or tips since I am very green to this life.
