Also, Apartments.com (a lot of apartment complexes post their listings here), you should be able to get a general idea of what apartments are going for, and if you continually monitor you can see how long they stay on the market for... 

Question:Do you use a smart lock to monitor access to shared spaces or utility areas of the property to avoid persistent use but allow access by tenants?

I asked my agent to monitor homes that recently went off the market to see if any of them had a deal fall through so I could immediately make an offer for a closing with in 30 days to the desperate sellers.

I'd say lineup other co-GPs who can also raise $1-2, give them a piece of your upside, but thats the most consistent way I've seen my clients "double their equity" on scary deals.

Why can't the renter check the CO2 monitor, smoke detector, and fire extinguisher?
