Soooo.....adapt to the new policies and carry on! 

So far we have been able to adapt. 

It was a bit scary at first, but we adapted and solved the issue.

We have adapted to work nearly 100% remotely with few exceptions.

The transition has its challenges but there are more resources than ever to help us adapt to the new state of our industry.Hopefully these restrictions are lifted soon so that we can return to some kind of normalcy.All the best to you moving forward!

If you can wait, Id suggest you do so until we get some clarity.If you have a specific scenario, I can be more helpful but short answer is, we are all in this and lenders are adapting as this pandemic unfolds. 

I am looking to see if anyone can me some basics and pointers and direction to or can send me any documents to review and adapt to my own loan agreement.

One area that will generate the best returns overall is ground up development or adaptive reuse.

There's no chance any lender would wait this long to change their policies now they'd all adapted in some way or another.

When my state instituted a first come, first serve directive to us (later struck down as unconstitutional) I adapted with harder pre-screening.
