I could be wrong or out of line, but I feel like this is a field where you really need some good expertise/experience to know how to address the variety of crazy situations that will come up.

Still close to Lake Tahoe and can go down to Minden/Gardnerville for an even more boutique, small town feel, or zoom up to Reno for a little bit of a higher pace.

It may feel cumbersome, but their diligence reflects the level of security and service you can expect once onboarded.

I'm curious if you feel like you're using 50% of the features in GHL, 75%, 80%+ or??? 

.- extra storage space so tenants don't feel the need to squeeze their entire lives into one room (extra garage space, attic, detached shed)- room for 2 full refrigerators!

However if I was an agent, broker, GC, etc I do not feel that it would be my responsibility to verify the underwriting.
