Hello everyone, I've been surfing these forums for the past week or so, and have found this site to be invaluable information wise.

We will be using a VA loan to do so in July and we have been surfing the market for the past 6 months or so just getting a feel for how things are moving and what we are willing to spend.

Not everyone spends their life surfing the forums making thousands of posts and is actively on the lookout so they can respond to dead threads.It's also rather silly to bad mouth a guru when you admit that you don't know what topics that he teaches.

You would think they are working all day long trying to help the homeowners in default they as they claim...but apparently they are surfing the web and spying on our threads...quite professional of them.In other words, be careful what you say about OCWEN or any other lender for that matter...or on second thought...screw'em, banks like OCWEN are losing their investors so much money...cash buyers negotiating short sales are the only ones out there trying to improve the market situation and they are making it extremely difficult.
