I was stationed in San Diego and recently speaking with a friend about the market out there, by comparison EVERYTHING here is a steal. 

If you want  a trailer park or a gas station, or an ALF, I can't help a whole lot! 

Maybe split the difference and look at Bryan/ College Station?

Broker is suggesting purchasing NNN lease single tenant properties - such as Wendy's, Starbucks, auto parts, gas station, etc. 

They remodeled in 2004 and there is no evidence of it being such an old home except in the basement - but even there it's the best century home basement I've been in - very clean, organized, dry and no smells.The main level is rented out to a local radio station (1 room) and tax professional (2 rooms).
