Generally it takes multiple or egregious rule violations over several episodes to get deleted here unless it's one of the many spam-bots that attempt to break in on a regular basis.

It's so darn easy to spam out emails to 50 people that it has to be tough who to decide to spend time with. 

In the "best" markets you're going to have a lot more competition, people building lists, sending out mailers, etc. so it's easier for owner to write them off as snail mail spam.  

Took a couple months to terminate my 'membership' and for the spam e-mails to stop.  

Sending out email marketing without an opt in is called spam, and your message will go straight to their trash.

QUIT SPAMMING ME please.

Couple reasons:1) The board could go after for brokering possibly depending on your wording (You can't give referral fees on real estate transactions to unlicensed people so it may come back to bite you)2) A few people will put your phone number on those spam sites.

I would state that group but don't want to be tagged as spam as that's not the point.
