This is a pretty close replica of the first investment property that I set foot in years back just getting my bird-dogging newb-feet wet in this industry.

We ended up dramatically slowing down the water flow into the house by placing sand bags, and digging trenches around the house, and moving the water out into the street which helped mitigate the issue where the water that was coming through the walls.

circa 1975.I had been working at Gemco  Stevens Creek and Hwy 9 pumping gas for a bit.. then bagging groceries making 1.20 an hour.sold a 10k prop .. ( land ) made 1k in commish.. took me all of maybe 4 hours.. at that point I never looked back....

After 4 days and 3 nights, a snow storm, 3 bags of Doritos and sleeping half way in the trunk of my 2 door, 2001 Honda Civic, I've arrived to Indianapolis!

The house and yard are fine, there is one bag of garbage.
