To some extent we are all here because we love and want to prosper from real estate.

I don't think there's a magic bullet to solve the fact that rental income is a loooonnnggg road to prosperity and may not pay enough to keep the lights on short term.

I believe that the real estate market in general and in Philly will continue prospering.

Ideally you get complimentary stores, and all will prosper together.

We currently live in the Mckinney/Prosper area & I’m currently using our homestead to implement the BRRRR strategy.  

Auburn has entire blocks of ornate, historic homes built during the city's most prosperous era in the early 1800's. 

I don't mind waiting, and if I'm wrong, well I guess I'll be looking elsewhere :(I can't predict exactly when a recession will come, but I can say we are closer the top than we are to the bottom of an extended bull cycle that typically spurns economic growth and prosperity.
