There might be water/sewer/trash bills unpaid...but these would be de minimis.It is too late to contest for this year's property tax, but not a problem as that is paid up.

I've bee doing D4D for a little bit now and I've ran into the same problem a bunch of times when I come home and look up the address on the tax record to see the person's name and where they live (if not in the same house.)

It is not your problem as long as you receive the entire rent.Assuming they are each paying you separately in the future when you have multiple tenants on the same lease you make each fully responsible for the entire rent and you receive one payment.
