When I contacted this man and asked how dare he threaten to evict me when we had paid rent he bit off my head told me I am never to call his personal number and to only call the hotel office.

All taps are leaking, get busted one by one, shower heads, sinks etc.. looks terrible and I don't dare to look at the condition of the heaters...

The moral of the story is that never let your tenant get any excuse not to pay your rent, if he/she dares to try, serve the 3-day notice right away, and evict if necessary.
