The Shoals is a great place to settle down and take life slow.

It's a good place to start to learn about other areas within the state.

However, it's a deal in a different state and during the Facetime showing, I could tell the tenants were gross and makes me think they don't care about taking care of the place or their living conditions.

You can see huge homes being built all over the place there now.

According to what I have read straight from the IRS website and other places, we need to either meet 500 hours, or at least 100 hours and also work more than anyone else on the property.
