Does anyone know if we give a Housing Authority Tenant notice that we do not intend continue renting (and provide a 90 day minimum notice).

The worst part of section 8 is when they don't pay and you go to the tenant and say "Here is your 3 day notice, I didn't get rent" and they say "Not my problem, go call section 8".

Any patching and touch-ups should not be noticeable.- All hardware should be present, property secured, and in good working order (e.g. door stops, light fixtures, faucets, toilet paper holder, hand & bath towel bars, drawer/cabinet pulls, hinges, door knobs/locks, etc.).- Carpets must be professionally cleaned or, if necessary, replaced if there is excessive wear.- The yard must be in good order with no debris, either natural or other.

Have you noticed No matter how wacky how mixed up the doctrine is at the church , they all agree to give ten percent .
