There’s ways to do it just depends how much extra effort you and your agent are willing to invest to reap top dollar.I would make sure you get a top notch agent & be clear with them what you’re doing here & ensure they’re 100% onboard.

This is harder to find closer to Boston but it if you’d consider looking for a rehab using 203k loan it is doable in Everett, Revere, Salem, and Lynn markets you just need to get a little creative.We have a meetup in Salem on 1/16 at the Notch Brewery where you can come meet people in the area who are doing the same thing you want to meet.

We find it valuable to review return on equity to make sure the portfolio is performing at top-notch over time (e.g. should we refi, sell, pay off and take a LOC)Focus on CoC will tend to drive decisions more towards cash flow, less towards appreciation.

The coupling looks OK, assuming that it's designed for the outside diameters of the pipes, but the notch in the joist is bad.
