Anyone know much about the Jacksonville, Orange Park area? I would like to purchase a multi family home. I suspected this particular type of property might take time to find but any advice/tips or anything would be really appreciated. Trying to get this journey underway.

I have a good contact for you.  a friend of mine is the GC for him. He does a lot of business in fix and flips and they are top notch improvements.  not sure what price range but they cover Orange park, Doctors inlet area very well. Let me know and I'll put you in touch.
