Specifically management software, security/camera systems and integration between the management and gate systems.

I did try to get photos, but just could not get the detail with the phone camera:-(The cabinet rescue is awesome by itself but the matt clear really pushes it over the top, with an ideal (imho) low gloss finish.

Off the top of my head: a drug overdose, a death, walking in on an intruder (2x), catching an intruder on a surveillance camera, pipes freezing and then bursting in cold weather, local prostitutes frequenting my tenants, water line leak to fridge icemaker that destroys a kitchen floor, the list goes on.

Tenants are fine with the cameras.

I need to install cameras that record good sharp video at each exterior door of my triplex. 

Does anyone have any recommendation for a camera system that would alert us when someone enters a property?

What I would like to do is to install a security camera/floodlight combo (like a ring camera) for my renters to use.

The latter I use to scan documents with my phone's camera along with keeping digital copies of everything.The only paper that I have is building plans and a notebook I use to scratch notes into.
