YUP the benefits of being a broker when your also in a landlord  or any other type of real estate investors.. you take a tenant and turn them into 20k of income.. when U help them out.. low end landlords I get it those folks are usually never going to buy a home.. but upper end the reason they leave many times is they join the ranks of homeowners.. so monetize on that.. don't worry about losing the tenant..  

His absolute dedication to his financial goals and then his ability to be able to monetize just about every asset in his life was startling to me.

These people at a certain age will switch from growing the pile of money with savings to monetizing the pile they’ve grown and be FI.

It is a separate entity.Coupling a monetization loan to an installment sale accomplishes the same thing but puts cash in the sellers hands that can be re-invested.

Monthly interest payments, for example.When you couple a monetization loan to a qualified intermediary installment sale transaction, you have loan proceeds that you can invest anywhere you want.

Any 1 acquisition I do must have no less than 4 monetization/exit strategy potentials.

Probably the worst for me was the revolving door of attempts at monetization of the forums that made the UX go from pretty good to terrible. 

Monetization was never the goal but sharing knowledge is, so we shall see. 

I don't know if this would work for you, but you could consider a monetized installment sale.
