Excited to learn the world of real estate investing and excited to find a mentor and engaged with like minded individuals.

Each of us have had or have mentors in our lives.

There are quality people out here but you need to educate yourself before, during and after they take their time to mentor you.

I would look to find someone you can learn from, a mentor that you can get some insights from, and potentially partner on a few deals helping with some of your time, maybe some small part of that $100k.  

Connect with fellow investors, mentors, and experts through local meetups, events, and online communities.

If I can recommend anything (and everybody is entitled to their own opinion) I would recommend finding a traditional brick and mortar brokerage where you have access to a mentor, company paid resources, company name recognition, etc.

I would love to connect with someone who owns properties in Mentor, Willoughby, Painesville, etc. 

     When my wife and I first started into the real-estate adventure a couple months ago, we could not fathom the amount of support and mentor connections there would be by seasoned investors and even new investors starting out that give great "startup" advice.

Seek advice from a real estate agent, property inspector, financial advisor, or investment mentor to evaluate the deal and receive expert guidance.Good luck!
