When my wife and I first started into the real-estate adventure a couple months ago, we could not fathom the amount of support and mentor connections there would be by seasoned investors and even new investors starting out that give great "startup" advice. We can't thank everyone enough for all the great knowledge that we have gained just over the couple months.

As stated above, we are new investor looking to gain financial freedom and generate wealth for our family. Looking at single family or a duplex to start off the adventure, then sky's the limit after that. We would like our portfolio to be primarily long-term rentals with short term rentals filling the gaps. Once the pressure is gone and the knowledge comes around, we wouldn't mind taking on a bigger complex, or possibly owning our own property management company. We are open to all opportunities to expand our portfolio anyway possible.

We are looking forward to meeting new people that once sat were we are now and continue to pay it forward with our knowledge gained over time for this great opportunity. Thank you everyone, and let the adventure begin!
