Hundreds of thousands of people die of the flu every year.

Of course those ends are on either side of the furnace flu, behind the water heater pipes, etc.

Hey everyone,So I woke up to an irritating text from the sellers broker.

The landlord is irritated that, from his perspective, you decided to just go out an get a dog without seeking approval - Which is a very understandable position - He or she is having visions of a problem tenant that will be a pain in his rear for the next year - Your job now is to let the landlord know that you did in fact ask the realtor about getting a dog and that you believed a dog wouldn't be a problem - you are making a pretty big assumption that the realtor will not acknowledge the conversation --- if the landlord still refuses the dog after you have explained your side of things, then you either find another home for the pet or pay to get out of the lease ....

Not only would this ordinarily irritate me, but I had a terrible financing experience during the process.

I am not throwing out blanket defenses of the city and it irritates me when I see people throw out blanket condemnation of the city.

If so, I would not recommend doing that, it is too often in a short period of time and you are likely going to irritate and annoy the owners.

I still need a mentor that is making money, and doesn't have to necessarily be in Alabama just someone who is going to be there for me when I call and not get irritated from consistently calling, texting and email.

(I guess I could've just enumerated them individually- but I've got the death flu so forgive me).  1) Hard to find people who will lend on properties past the 10- and i didn't want to "waste" the others on such small purchases.  2) Most placed that I found would lend on them for investors had awful terms.  3) WA lenders mostly won't lend in TN and TN lenders don't want to lend to out of market investors.
