After reading about a half dozen "Zombie Posts" this morning - posts that have been inactive for a long time, often a year or more - I had a thought that could reduce the number of Zombie Posts coming through.Looking at them, it is obvious that most Zombies are brought back to life by new posters - people who just joined, or only have a couple of posts under their belt.

I am a real estate broker (Inactive) in NC.  

However, you SHOULD be able to write off the legal fees it cost to get the tenant out, hence the silver lining.Landlords who seek to avoid the cost of paying for an eviction end up paying more for their inaction. 

Without a plan in action to save money, the more money you make, the more you tend to spend.

Posting notices does not instantaneously result in actions, it is nothing more than a piece of paper.

I like a combo of watching Chris Voss in action in the BP podcast and others, and reading his book on negotiation.

Now, i will put it in action.

Just don't get so sucked into the learning and analysis that you paralyze yourself into inaction. 

If you feel good after the phone call (and please do this by phone - not email or text) start to work with them but resist signing any long term buyer agency until you see them in action on the street and feel it is a partnership worth finalizing. 

Would be great to connect with someone actually in action.
