The more you immerse yourself in real estate the more people you will meet who have invaluable experience and knowledge.

@Kaylyn Schroka I think that it'd be advantageous to fully immerse yourself; meaning listening to BP podcast, start reading BP books or any others (Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki is a good recommendation), watch youtube videos on topics that interest you, post and comment on these forums.I wouldn't invest any money into classes or licenses until you're sure you are all in.

Some of us love the STR industry and immersing ourselves in it, but we also have interests elsewhere and keep up with other things.
