Looking to Connect with Investors/Agents in NYC/New Jersey

Hello NY/NJ investor community!

My name is Raf, and I'm looking to connect with other investors in the NYC/NJ area. For some background, I currently work in CRE in the city and am looking at doing my first deal in the area alongside a more experienced partner. I'm skilled and have experience in underwriting properties, so if that's something you struggle with... let's chat! Would also love to know of any NYC/NJ based investor meetups if anyone has any recommendations. DM's open!

    I am starting out investing living in the NYC area as well. Looking to invest upstate in a STR where prices and regulations are more doable. I would be interested too in a meetup or to connect. Let me know.

    I primarily invest and lend in North Jersey. There are so many Meetups in N Jersey, great one at the Boathouse in West Orange every month (you can find it on Meetup.com)

    Hey @Raf Pinero - thanks for the intro - I'm an investor & broker in NYC and actually host my own small newbie investor meetups every month. 

    Next one is next Thursday from 6-8pm at the Starbucks in LIC Jackson Ave. 

    Would be great to see you there and connect - I'm currently working on a few offmarket commercial transactions as well we can discuss.

    What I like to do is find other real estate professionals on the meetup app. You can search by interests and location. It could be a good option for you to locate like-minded individuals. I'm in Northern NJ and I found 3 groups on there. It's helped keep me immersed and focused on my real estate journey. Give the app a shot, it may help you make solid connections. Good luck!
