My property on the face looks like that it needs an immense out amount of work, but I don't know if actual work is needed or I am just looking at an ugly foundation.Appreciate any help in advance!

Then, they place a lien on the property and the owner is left with the immense headache of disputing the bill with an attorney.

I know many people have immense success but just ask yourself what you are trying to accomplish and if arbitrage will help you meet your objectives.
