Hello everyone!

Does anyone have a good resource to use as a frame of reference for types of foundation issues, how to repair, and a rule of thumb for costs?

My property on the face looks like that it needs an immense out amount of work, but I don't know if actual work is needed or I am just looking at an ugly foundation.

Appreciate any help in advance!
