Hey there BP, my name is Dan, but usually friends call me "fitz".

I've been listening to BP for about a year now, reading their books, and attending some meet-ups and conferences.

I had the privilege of interning with some real-estate rock-stars for 6 months when I was getting out of the Army and am now ready to start taking some action

Currently, looking at Greenville, SC as my primary market and exploring BRRRR/househacking. I am loving Avery Carl's book about STR and am most interested in this strategy. I'm also interested in maximizing my VA loan as a tool.

Looking to build my network in Upstate South Carolina and developing a deeper understanding of the market.

I would be happy to share what I have learned up to this point and share my mistakes/victories as I begin this journey :)

Keeping the old African proverb in mind, “If you want to run fast, run alone. If you want to run far, run together."

I'm happy to start running with the BP community.
