Currently, I have a few smaller projects on a couple of houses: carpeting/tiling floors, painting walls that contain LED paint, installing A/C and heating system, installing light fixtures, installing appliances, making sure electrical wiring is safe, installing recessed lighting, insulating/waterproofing medium size room in the basement.

I am considering selling the one good furnace and not run any ductwork to the apartments and replace the system with electric baseboard heat (or any other suggestions that you may have).My concern is tenant push back on higher electric bills for heat.

LVP is 100% vinyl which means that is much more susceptible to warping, especially with excessive sun or heat.
