Was he charging too much rent and driving high turnover as people moved to greener pastures?  

When asked about how to “become compliant” they said we needed to plant more liriope grass so the yard appeared “greener.”We spent over $100 on plants and made a few trips down to plant, and each time they reinspected they sent us another violation notice saying that we were not in compliance and that they would have to take legal action if we didn’t fix the violation.

At least not in most people's lives on this planet.

Indy is a great place to flip...but it's very hard to find the home that is affordable and that fits the numbers in the first place.It's easy to sell once done, just tough to find the right one to buy because our market has been a sellers market for a few years now [and the fact that the entire planet has descended on Indianapolis to invest].- it's always good to see another Hoosier utilizing this great site!

We only get so many minutes on this planet.
