I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Tyrone from the Seattle area and I am honored to become part of this amazing family.
I stumbled upon this community about a week ago and have been bombarding my brain with all of this great information. I am humbled by all of the success in real estate that I have been reading about here on the forums and will strive to achieve success as well in my own endeavors

I've lived here in Elma for 3 years now. I'm basically a city boy with a country side to me. There are definitely rural areas here that I know are prime for investing. Since  I was born and raised in Seattle I look at areas where I live now and see so many differences real estate wise. There's just more bang for your buck out here in Grays Harbor. I'm excited and honored to meet you all and I am here to learn and grow.

Brandon, I'm sure we will connect at some point. Good to now you're right down that country road.
