I had a single family home, im current renting out (break even situation presently)  My fiance Nicole and I just bought a Duplex in Alpha NJ 08865 to house hack, we are currently under going renovations on our own and actively seeking our next investment opportunity. 

As if the loss of what amounts to a big fat federal subsidy from gov't-controlled Fannie Mae isn't going to be made up for elsewhere.

I've never purchased a house before so bare with me.1) What are the major problems with homes that you've seen that is a big fat "NO" as a rental investment?

I have decided to undergo a more comprehensive renovation of the property so as to determine the root cause of any issues and ensure any underlying issues are resolved. 

The fat is trimmed for a quarter or so.

I breed dogs, I love doing it but this would be a bit fat no from me.

I was not certain if this was a safety issue... the unit is vacant at thisntime, undergoing minor rehab and so not sure if it will cause issuesnin the future, thanks for your input

Eating high levels of sugar salt and fat (which causes most excessive weight) has the same effect on the brain as cocaine... so is incredibly difficult for most people to give up!
