electric panels - Cleveland Duplex

I purchased a duplex, built in 1950s. It has old electric panels. I am not certain that I should update them. Appreciate any input as far as to when should the panel be updated. thanks.

 Yes you should upgrade them. Not saying you need to do it tomorrow but it's a good thing to plan to do in the near future. Note that a lot of insurance companies are moving towards forcing home owners to upgrade their panels to get coverage.
