Have you thought about eastern Washington.

After my wife and I got out of the military, we both decided to move to Idaho next to my parents and purchased a home in Eastern Idaho.

I use Fidelity National Title on Eastern Road.

Going South you have the Eastern Mass REIA in Rockland, the House Flipping School Meetup in Plymouth and the South Shore REIA down by the Cape.  

My commercial business tends to take me east (eastern San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire) and my residential business tends to be in Pasadena and around the Pasadena area.

I was raised in that area, and eldercare responsibilities find me there frequently.My other two properties are in eastern Maryland. 

My husband and I are relatively new in eastern Washingon too!

The eastern panhandle in WV seems like a growing area and housing prices are slowing rising being located in between Winchester VA and Hagerstown/Frederick MD.
