New to this investing thing, but been in banking and real estate for about 15 years working with banks, RE agents, and finally landing at a title company... i'm ready for a change. bc frankly, i'm not getting any younger and i'm not seeing myself retiring comfortably... plus i'm sick of working my *** off for someone else... been tossing around the idea of getting my RE license, but there are soooo many realtors, i thought i would check into investing instead... found Renautus... and no, i won't try to sell it to you, not even sure i am going to buy the course now... but their pitch got me thinking and wanting to look into it more... so here i am.I downloaded the beginner guide and am going through that... and i have been looking for a few local clubs to start going to... any suggestions would be awesome... and i am doing my research on which niche i want to perfect ;)Hope to learn alot here... back to reading!
