Newbie saying hello from Orlando, FL!

Hello my new BP fam! My name is Denise from Orlando, FL. I am new to the world of REI and am so excited about the possibilities. I learned about the site about a month ago from a young lady at a real estate investing workshop that we were attending. I've been hooked ever since and decided get off of the sidelines and go Pro. My current interest is in mobile homes with the intent to rehab and seller finance and multifamily rental properties . Cash flow is the name of my game! I am looking forward to knowledge sharing and working with you all in the future.
