What law do you practice?

They seem to rarely offer practical advice and drive investors away. 

Best practice is to keep security money in another account separate from your day to day transactions (mortgage, rental income, utilities, and etc).

@Jeremy MedinaCPA’s are really bad about this practice.  

It's crucial to stay informed about market trends and continually educate yourself on industry best practices.

Most people just use the term but there is association management, apartment/ Multi-family management and then property management.For instance, in Florida, you need a license to practice Association Management (in most cases) and a real estate license to practice property management (in most cases). 

This forum is far better than most books if you are talking to the right people.Once you get the basics down and practice them to perfection it’s not hard to take off and grow your REI portfolio.

Nice mixed use property came up for sale practically in my back yard in rural, south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  10 residential apartments + 3 commercial spaces.
