I dont usuallly listen to gloom and doomers, but what I found interesting was that in this video he actually compiled all the forbearance/late data from various sources.

The best way is for you to compile a list of your top towns.

I've used the free version of the 'House Flipping Evaluator' tool and built from it to compile my PDF, based off of a template I found from theirs and other websites. 

There are lending institutions the will accept your present lending package that you compiled for your present lender, they may need a few extra pieces but I'm assuming all the heavy lifting has been done.

I don't know if they've been badly compiled and/or manipulated and, if they are, it's clearly not your fault.Anybody who pays attention and has any serious knowledge of the matter could tell that these figures don't make any sense and can't possibly be right.
