Water/ trash/ sewage costs

Hi BP,

Wanted to know what your average water, sewage, and trash costs are monthly or quarterly? I know it differs in every market but wanted to see since i am looking to purchase a multi and want to make sure I am estimating close to the right amount. I am looking for properties outside Boston, MA (Bristol County), so if anyone that owns multis around there, that would be greatly helpful. Also, are there any resources I can go to to find this info?
