I'm an enthusiastic new REI from CO who is currently deployed to the middle east.

Knowing that he tends to underestimate, I assumed $200k a piece and the numbers made sense, so we forward with the purchase.The homes are park front homes about 15 minute walk from the Steelers and Pirates stadium and 20 minutes to the casino and downtown.

So the dream is to be a badass intelligent investor with money coming in every month, and also a successful casino destroyer.

My wife and I cannot wait to meet other local RE enthusiasts and will be sure to attend the first Denver BP meetup following our arrival.

This is a super old thread but I am looking to get a new car as I have a 2007 BMW 335i (amazing car for the enthusiast but I can't justify the maintenance because it doesn't align with how I look at money now.) and I am strongly considering a new Kia Optima or the likeNo one seems to have mentioned the fact that many manufacturers offer 0% APR for 60-75 months and offer pretty nice rebates as well.

I figure the listing agents wouldnt be too enthusiastic about receiving a wholesale offer considering it directly impacts their commission.  

(You might have better luck at the casino.)- You need a solid ARV and a solid REPAIR COSTS:   i.e.
