If you see it our not, this kind of issue translates all the way to your roof, causes your doors to hang wonky and can cause your sewer drains not to run as designed if they run parallel to the sag and no longer have the slope they once had, or worse there is a "belly" in the run.This issue concerns me most and should be corrected first.

@Drew Slew my advice *if you are willing to start an active biz where you can juice your returns with available capital and a moderate amount of effort*: look into the Vacation Rental business and learn how to self manage remotely like lots of ppl on BP.

We see opportunity there, but is the juice worth the squeeze as the projects we take on are usually heavier value adds.The area we are looking to initially purchase is in South Peoria.

BP is full of ppl who remote self manage to juice their returns, myself included - from 2,000+ miles away.
