Make the water leak come out on the floor so your barefoot tenants will call you before the cabinet rots out.I have never replaced any cabinets in the twenty plus years since I started doing that.I am a buy and hold type of guy and I do all my own repairs.I don't like doing things twice.

The older units willlikely be taken off the market (this has been in the works for a long time,nothing new I don't think for the basic move toward efficiency) and shipped toother countries...maybe China, LOL.I see some real deals on 80%ers in the spring, but I doubt the price difference will justify paying higher utility bills for the next twenty years....okay, 10 years because stuff doesn't last like it use to. :)
