We get the opportunity to engage with PGE for our power company.We have walked through a number of EV charging solutions but they seem to not understand the process.I want something convenient, easy, and provides some revenue (this may be asking too much).

TenantTurner.com - essentially a better version of ShowMojo; however, it is not a Rentlinx.com replacement Use.Rently.com—I am awaiting a demo with them; however, I think they are going to be too expensive as they do not handle only Syndication without signing up for their PMS solution.

They are a better solution for the family living there, especially if duct work is not an option. 

I rarely if ever leave reviews, especially for internet marketers but I was truly appalled at the treatment of a potential client. 

Wouldn't it have to be a leasehold improvement which has its own tax treatment?

Martin,There are some solutions but it wont be as straightforward as you like.DM me.

CRS and ALE Solutions are some of the bigger players and have that option. 

At that point, it's worth researching and finding a solution that better meets your needs.
