I am reaching out to see if there are any active investors in Texas that are in the Kyle, Buda, Dripping Springs, Wimberley, San Marcos, Canyon Lake, or New Braunfels areas?

Long term goal is single family buy & hold, and ultimately small multi-family buy & hold all in the NW suburbs (Woodstock, Crystal Lake, Algonquin, Huntley, etc), and to replace my FT income in the next 2 years.

We stayed at a Lake Community in a multi family apartment/condo style building.

I chose to get my Real Estate license so that I may start building capital helping others with their investment businesses.I would love to find some investors in the Lake Norman area (Troutman, Mooresville, Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville, Denver, Sherrills Ford) who have a rental they need filled.

My non-expert opinion,  or perhaps just rationalizing to myself:These are primarily the "luxury"   amazon dormitories being built in downtown and south lake union areas that are having vacancy issues,   and thats in large part just because of how many are coming online, and how many thousands more are still in the pipeline,    coupled with modest slowdowns in tech hiring.   

My goal like you is to invest out of state because my market in Salt Lake is way to expensive and nothing is even close to the 1% rule here.

Lake and Porter county are the primary areas I am looking at.
