Advertising Rentals in the Lake Norman Area

Hey BP community!

I am a young entrepreneur trying to get my start in the Investment Real Estate space. My long term goal is to become a buy and hold investor in the Denver / Sherrills Ford area, but as most newbies I have very limited resources to start. I chose to get my Real Estate license so that I may start building capital helping others with their investment businesses.

I would love to find some investors in the Lake Norman area (Troutman, Mooresville, Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville, Denver, Sherrills Ford) who have a rental they need filled. I can advertise online through many different outlets, and would be invested into your listing because I want to know the best way to advertise my own rentals when the time comes!
