While in school, my wife and I have built a very successful spa/wellness center, developed a residential laundry service with laundromat, and recently opened a massage school.

Im kicking around finding a way to rehab it as a rental for military vets with PTSD or victims of domestic abuse...I treat these people in my therapy practice.

I know there has been much discussion lately on allowing therapy animals.

They're all just about done with therapy now.

I don't leave them feeling rushed or pressured, but now I can move onto the next sales opportunity while the first guy is still trying to "massage"the first one. 

I used to suggest they get therapy or ask if they called Dominoes every time they got a Pizza coupon in the mail (got that one from @Aaron Mazzrillo , it comes with the territory.

From my court house visit about two thirds of all probates with properties involved surviving spouse that get the property by right of survivorship.So would you guys recommend mailing those folks, and should the massage differ from a regular probates?

Write a targeted massage that addresses the problem of each group and how you can solve it.
