Would anyone know why it would not be awarded, as it appears to be working on members it gave it to today.

If mutual consent some sellers will try to move it to court even though they know the buyer will eventually be awarded the EM. 

Just look at the news - Google and LinkedIn asked for 5M sf of new development in the City of Mountain View, and last night the City awarded only about 2M, essentially turning down Google's expansion request.  

Since this site implemented "Awards" for doing things like "Visiting the site five days in a row" or "Connecting to a colleague" I have been looking for a way to turn these things off.

Had it been left, judges and juries would have been able to award amounts based on the individual circumstances of each case rather than a perception of a fixed amount of money that each person has to take a piece of.

In many cases, they don't go through the purchases if they get them (after they look at the property), and yet, HUD hasn't stopped awarding them winning bids.That's just one piece of empirical data, but it's definitely holding true in that case...

I can't say definitively who and what started it and certainly not publicly what it is but someone got today's award for being the biggest effing idiot alive.

Chevrolet on the other hand is winning awards for quality and styling.

He spent it just as admirably, building the local libraries in the area (and giving them to their respective counties), awarding endowments for residential building construction studies, things like that.
