I recently attended the 90min course last Saturday, in Nashville TN.

I own a townhome in Breckenridge Colorado, and I use it as a short term rental (property management company fully runs it) and I use it once a month or so because I live in Denver, so close proximity.

I would recommend attending local REI meetups.

After that, I'm told that The closing must be attended in person, so I guess you'd  better sign a power of attorney over to a family member or friend you trust or,  get your frequent flyer miles up.

I attended a special council meeting last night on the topic.

Follow the advice above and get out there and attend every real estate meetup you can to build your network and learn what is working for other investors in the market.
