Hey Chris, I would start with the BiggerPockets podcast and check out the books in the BP bookstore - specifically "The Book on Rental Property Investing" and "Finding and Funding Great Deals".

A lot of BP members started with Rich Dad, Poor Dad but recently someone asked for recommendations on the forum & everyone jumped in: https://www.biggerpockets.com/...The Bigger Pockets Podcast is great to listen to & each one has a transcript on this site that lists the book recommendations (just Google search Bigger Pockets Episode #___ & they come up).BP has a bookstore with some great titles (you can sort by Beginner level, etc):https://store.biggerpockets.co...Look for local investor groups in your area, Meetup.com is a good source.

I think there are some great resources to study some of the books I would recommend are: starting with BP books "The Book on Flipping Houses" and "The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs" both by J Scott (All Titles – BiggerPockets Bookstore) as well as "The Complete Guide To Home Inspection" by Michael Litchfield (The Complete Guide to Home Inspection: Litchfield, Michael, Robinson, Roger C.: 9781627104807: Amazon.com: Books).

I have already read lots of good books and have scoured the BiggerPockets recommendations a.k.a I have read everything that is generally talked about on these webinars, podcasts, and in the bookstore (think anything by Brandon Turner, David Greene, Bryan Chavis etc).Anyway I am looking for new reads, I want to soak up all the information I can!

I do recommend you buy some books that pertain to your goals at the BiggerPockets bookstore.
