If he is going to terminate the lease it has to be before November 1 2018 and after February 1 2018 which was his idea and we agreed on that (in Wisconsin no one wants to move in a blizzard and it’s hard to find new tenants in winter) I have legal documents for a lease, and a blank addendum page to write these details.

Hi, I have summer tax on a rental which comes to almost $200 and winter will be about the same so I’m just wondering can I completely write off both taxes on top of property tax?

@Marc Winter Yes, I meant the buyer that bought my property on Contract for Deed.Yes, I will not have to evict him instead of foreclose.I was only a bit concerned about ejectment, as i don't want any damage in the property and want this issue to be resolved on simple terms.
