Need lease advice and ideas how to phrase
I have a tenant who wants month to month after I presented a year lease to him. We agreed for a year lease with 90 days notice if he is going to end his lease. If he is going to terminate the lease it has to be before November 1 2018 and after February 1 2018 which was his idea and we agreed on that (in Wisconsin no one wants to move in a blizzard and it’s hard to find new tenants in winter) I have legal documents for a lease, and a blank addendum page to write these details. How do you recommend I phrase this in good terms in the addendum to the lease? Thank you for any advice.
