A new school has been built in front of my house, new stores are coming in, a movie theater was built near by, and there is interest from Amazon to built more warehouses.

I tune in for information, not theater.

Similar to the taxi lobby is making it difficult for Uber to operate near the casinos, the hotels are making it difficult for AirBnb to operate as well. lots of regulation (and changing), and increased costs.

A 2 bedroom cabin with a theater & game room can rent with similar and sometimes better numbers than a 3 bedroom without amenities.

I worked for a Dave Ramsey financial planning firm as a CSR and would make small talk with in-house prospects/clients (tax clients investment clients and insurance clients) in our lobby.

Cause that goes so well… If anything Bigger Pockets should consider spearheading a lobbyist outfit, as much as I hate the very notion of lobbying.

My guess is it might be the local hotel lobby!

Great prices, good restaurants, nice casino, movie theater, bowling alley.

Then think theater, projector screen then once you have that throw a game console on it as well.  

Planning to install cameras in the lobby and other entrances, Not sure this will fix the issue but trying to see how other landlords are handling this kind of problem.
